Delete your Petfi account
Petfi (petfi.pet) is developed and published by Spindola Software.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no undo, no grace period and no way for us to restore an account once it is gone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — display name, pet details, species and breed, avatar, status
- Your posts, and the photos and videos attached to them
- Your comments and likes (barks)
- Your messages to other members
- Your marketplace listings and breeding / Mate Match listings, and their photos
- Your group memberships and group posts, and your friendships
- Your private account data — ZIP code, age, reminders, calendar entries, favorites, settings
- Your login — your session ends and the account can no longer be signed in to
Your login email address stays reserved so nobody else can claim it. If you would like it released as well, say so in an email to support@petfi.pet and we will remove it.
Delete it yourself in the app
- Open Petfi and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Tap 👤 Me in the bottom bar.
- Tap ⚙️ Account & security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete everything.
Your data is erased right away and you are signed out.
Ask us to delete it
Email support@petfi.pet from the email address on the account (that is how we confirm it is yours) with the subject "Delete my Petfi account".
We delete the account and everything listed above, and reply to confirm, within 7 days of receiving the request.
What we keep, and for how long
Nothing is kept for marketing or profiling. After deletion, copies of your data may remain briefly in our hosting provider's routine encrypted backups, which expire on their own schedule and are never used to restore an individual account. Records we are legally required to retain — for example, evidence relating to a report of abuse or illegal activity — may be kept for as long as the law requires.
